Small Hotel With Poor Maintenance and Service

I stayed one night at this hotel after arriving early morning into Rajkot. On arrival at the hotel, I found the employees sleeping in the ground floor in front of the reception area. I was allotted a room in the upper floor which I reached through a narrow elevator. The room had very little elbow room with the cot occupying most of the space in it. The furnishings were old and poorly maintained. The air conditioner was very noisy. The washroom was poorly maintained too. Sleep quality at this hotel is very poor. The room service was bad too. I ordered for food one morning and it came very late. On another day, the wrong food was delivered. The room rates are very low but they do not compensate the poor experience a traveller has when they stay at this property which is well located and which is about the only thing in its favour. This hotel is best avoided.
